Terms of Service (English)

1. Acceptance. By creating an account at https://mindframe365.cloud or using any Mindframe 365 service, you agree to these Terms. Mindframe 365 provides two services on a single platform: (a) a daily short-form educational video subscription, and (b) a content scheduling and publishing tool that lets creators connect their own TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts and auto-publish their own videos via official platform APIs.

2. Accounts. You need a valid email and an 8+ character password. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your country, whichever is higher). You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Subscriptions (Viewer service). The free tier grants access to the first 30 days of content. Premium is a monthly subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Creator Service & TikTok Integration. If you choose to use Mindframe 365 as a creator, you may connect your own TikTok account via the official TikTok Login Kit OAuth 2.0 flow. By connecting your account, you authorize Mindframe 365 to use only the scopes you explicitly grant on the TikTok authorization screen (user.info.basic, video.upload,video.publish) and only to perform actions you initiate from your dashboard (scheduling, uploading, and publishing videos that you uploaded). You retain ownership of all content you upload and publish. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the TikTok Community Guidelines and the TikTok Terms of Service. Mindframe 365 may suspend or revoke the creator service if your usage violates platform policies, applicable law, or these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use. You agree NOT to use Mindframe 365 to: (a) upload or publish content that violates any law or third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights; (b) post spam, misleading, harassing, or harmful content; (c) bypass platform rate limits or impersonate other parties; (d) reverse engineer the service. Viewer-side content is licensed for personal viewing only; commercial redistribution of Mindframe 365 original content without written permission is prohibited.

6. Service Availability & API Dependencies. Some features depend on third-party APIs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). We do our best to keep them operational but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access if a third-party API is unavailable, rate-limited, or modified by its provider.

7. Disclaimer. Content is for general information and is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindframe 365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of followers, revenue, or content reach.

9. Termination. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Upon termination, all stored TikTok / Instagram / YouTube tokens are revoked and deleted.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

3. Üyelik ve Ödemeler

Ücretsiz üyelik ile ilk 30 günlük içeriklere erişim sağlanır. Premium üyelik aylık abonelik sistemiyle çalışır. İptal istekleri mevcut dönem sonunda gerçekleşir.

4. İçerik Kullanımı

Platformdaki tüm içerikler telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. İçerikler yalnızca kişisel kullanım için lisanslanmıştır. Ticari amaçla çoğaltma, dağıtma veya yeniden yayınlama yasaktır.

5. Sorumluluk Reddi

Mindframe 365 içerikleri genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. İçeriklerimiz profesyonel psikolojik, tıbbi veya hukuki danışmanlık yerine geçmez. İçeriklerin uygulanmasından doğan sonuçlardan kullanıcı sorumludur.

6. Değişiklikler

Mindframe 365, bu kullanım şartlarını önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler yayınlandığı anda yürürlüğe girer.
