Privacy Policy (English)

1. Who We Are. Mindframe 365 (operated at https://mindframe365.cloud) provides two services on a single platform: (a) a daily short-form video subscription for viewers, and (b) a content scheduling tool that lets creators connect their own TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts to schedule and auto-publish their own videos via official platform APIs.

2. Data We Collect. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. We also store your content preferences, progress, and basic usage statistics. When you connect a TikTok account through Login Kit, we receive your basic profile information (open_id, display_name, avatar_url) and, with your explicit consent on the TikTok authorization screen, scopes that let us upload and publish videos you uploaded into our dashboard to your own TikTok account via the Content Posting API.

3. TikTok-Specific Data Handling.

• Scopes requested: user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish. We do not request video.list, user.info.profile, user.info.stats, or any research scopes.
• Tokens: Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest, scoped to the user who authorized them. They are used only to perform actions that user explicitly initiates (scheduling or publishing a video they uploaded).
• Video content: Videos you upload through our dashboard are stored temporarily for the duration required to complete the upload to TikTok and to retry on failure. We do not redistribute or display TikTok user content on our website or any third-party surface.
• No read access to your existing TikTok library: We do not list, view, analyze, or display your existing TikTok videos, followers, stats, or any historical content.
• Revocation: You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your Mindframe 365 dashboard (one-click). This calls TikTok's token-revoke endpoint and deletes the encrypted tokens from our database within 24 hours. You may also revoke access from TikTok account settings.
• Compliance: Our use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Mindframe 365 is a registered TikTok for Developers application.

4. How We Use Data. Data is used solely to operate the service: authenticate you, personalize the content library, manage your subscription, and execute the TikTok / Instagram / YouTube publish actions you authorize. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with third parties except as required by law.

5. Security. All traffic uses TLS. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Database access is restricted to least-privilege service accounts.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK). You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing iletisim@mindframe365.cloud. We respond within 30 days.

7. Data Retention. Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, account data is deleted within 30 days. TikTok tokens are deleted within 24 hours of disconnection.

8. Cookies. We use session and basic analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children. Mindframe 365 is not directed to users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. Veri Güvenliği

Verileriniz şifrelenmiş bağlantı (SSL/TLS) üzerinden iletilir ve güvenli sunucularda saklanır. Şifreler hash algoritması ile korunur ve hiçbir zaman düz metin olarak depolanmaz.

4. Üçüncü Taraf Paylaşımı

Kişisel verileriniz üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca yasal zorunluluklar çerçevesinde yetkili makamlara bilgi verilebilir.

5. Çerezler

Platformumuz oturum yönetimi ve analitik amaçlı çerezler kullanır. Tarayıcı ayarlarınızdan çerezleri yönetebilirsiniz.

6. Haklarınız
